Elite Intellicare Staffing Ltd. is currently seeking experienced and dynamic  Healthcare Aides who can work at various health care facilities in rural Manitoba Saskatchewan & British Columbia.

Experience:

​

• Previous Health Care Aide experience an asset.

​

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

​

• Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Aide certificate program.

• for British Columbia Assignments, it is required to be registered with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry

​

Qualifications and Skills:

​

• Ability to organize and prioritize assigned workload.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to respond to a variety of simultaneous demands.

• Ability to perform as a team member and seek assistance as necessary.

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

• Ability to interact well with others.

​

Physical Requirements:

​

• Good physical health with the ability to lift and move heavy patients.

• Ability and willingness to work in stressful environments that may include aggressive and/or agitated individuals.

Conditions of Position:

​

• Must be available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends

• Must be able to obtain satisfactory Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Security Check

• Must be able to obtain satisfactory Adult Abuse Registry Check

• Must be able to obtain satisfactory Child Abuse Registry Check
