Elite Intellicare Staffing Ltd. is currently seeking experienced and dynamic Registered Nurses who can work at various health care facilities in rural Manitoba, Saskatchewan & British Columbia.

Experience:

​

• At least one year experience in any of the following areas: Medicine, Surgery, ER, ICU, Obstetrics and Geriatric Care

 

Education:

​

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational program

 

Licensure/Certification:

​

• Must be a Canadian registered nurse in good standing with current licensing body

• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia College of Nurses &  Midwives (nurses licensed to practice nursing in other Canadian jurisdictions must be eligible for licensure in Manitoba, Saskatchewan or British Columbia)

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification may be required depending on job site.

 

Qualifications/Skills:

​

• Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to assess and anticipate potential problems and develop and implement solutions

• Significant experience with total patient care planning

• Ability to prioritize care for an individual patient or group of patients.

• Ability to perform independently and as a member of the healthcare team.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.

• Ability to function in a demanding and stressful environment.

• Ability to work within established standards or policies, protocols and procedures of Elite Intellicare Staffing Ltd. and the various Regional Health Authority (RHA) of Manitoba, Saskatchewan or British Columbia.

 

Conditions of Position:

• Must be available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends

• Must be able to obtain satisfactory Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Security Check

• Must be able to obtain satisfactory Adult Abuse Registry Check

• Must be able to obtain satisfactory Child Abuse Registry Check
